摘要
目前,各地休闲农业园区发展迅速,但不少园区缺乏特色,同质化竞争现象严重,阻碍了园区的发展。结合鸿山街道的园区规划案例,对文化魅力的提升提出了相应的对策。休闲农业园区在规划发展中应突出自身独特的地域文化魅力:园区建筑需突出地域特色;在园区内营造地域文化风情;园区活动设置上也应充分展现地域文化魅力,从而实现园区的可持续发展。
Nowadays,despite the rapid development of lesiure agriculture parks in all regions, there the problems such as lack of characteristics for these parks and homogeneity competition which have also occurred severely dered the development of these parks. Based on the case study of park planning of Hongshan Street, this paper put forward countermeasures to enhance cultural charm of parks correspondingly. Special regional cultural charm should be highlighted in planning and development of these leisure agriculture parks, namely, regional characteristics should be highlighted in terms of park architecture;regional cultural conditions and customs should be created in these parks and finally regional cultural charm should be fully considered in park activities planning so as to achieve the sustainable development of these parks.
