摘要
目的优选六月雪的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以提取液中齐墩果酸的含量及总固体得率为指标,综合评分优选药材的提取工艺。结果药材较优的提取工艺为加水5倍,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论优选的提取工艺各活性成分提取率高,操作简便,适用于生产。
Objective To study the technology of optimal extraction for liuyuexue. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology by composite score, as an indicator to the contents of oceanolic acid, total solid matters in water extraction. Results Five volumes of water, extracting 2 times with half an hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction technology of herbs. Conclusion The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology, and the simple method is fit for production.
