摘要
目的探讨手术室单病种管理推行方法及效果。方法对医院手术室实施单病种限价管理的方法及效果进行总结。结果单病种管理在手术室得以顺利实施,规范了手术耗材的使用,透明了手术收费管理,提高了患者满意率。结论在推行单病种限价管理中,手术室采取的建立健全组织,提高认识、建立方案、制订标准、加强监管等措施是推动单病种管理行之有效的方法。
Objective To explore the implement method and effect of operating room single disease management. Methods Summarized the method and effect of the single disease limit price. Results Single disease management was earfled out well. It regulated the use of surgery consumables. Let surgery charges more transparent ,improved the satisfaction. Conclusion In the process, the measures carried out by operating room is effective method for implement management about single disease,including setting up and perfecting the organization, improving the understanding, establishing scheme, setting the standards, strengthening the supervision.
