摘要
目的探讨乳牙拔除术中使用表面麻醉剂使患者无痛的有效方法。方法对门诊就诊需行拔除乳牙的患儿325例采用棉捻蘸用2%丁卡因塞到松动乳牙的龈沟内麻醉1～2min,同时在拔牙瞬间嘱患儿双手相互握紧。结果乳牙拔除患儿均感觉不痛,口腔内也无其他麻木等不适感。结论该方法消除了儿童拔除乳牙的恐惧感,同时又克服了传统麻醉给药使口腔其他软组织被麻醉带来的不适感,是乳牙拔除术中一种非常有效的表面麻醉方法。
Objective To discuss the effective method of teeth extraction used polydocanol achieved pain-free. Methods 325 cases children were used cotton twist dip with 2% tetracaine into loose teeth gingival sulcus anesthesia 1 2minutes ,while in the extraction that instantaneous enjoin patient clenched hands with each other. Results 325 cases children were feeling no pain, oral cavity and no other numbness and discomfort. Conclusion This approach eliminates the fear of child removal of teeth, but also to overcome the traditional administration of oral soft tissues anesthesia is bring discomfort. Tooth extraction is a very effective method of surface anesthesia
