摘要
目的 探讨护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者便秘的影响效果。方法 选取2009年7月至2011年7月期间我科收治的84例急性心肌梗死患者,并随机分为干预组和对照组各42例,2组均行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采取有针对性的综合护理干预,包括认知、饮食、心理及行为干预,对急性心肌梗死患者加强防止便秘的健康教育等。结果 干预组便秘者有3例(7.1%),心律失常者1例(2.4%);而对照组便秘者有11例(26.3%),心律失常者9例(21.2%),干预组患者便秘及心律失常情况与对照组比较,均有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对急性心肌梗死患者及家属加强防止便秘的健康教育,掌握相关的疾病知识,对患者进行人性化综合护理干预措施,具有可以降低便秘率、提高治愈率、减少并发症的发生及促进康复等重要意义。
Objective Inquire into nursing intervention killing the influence effect that the sufferer is constipated on impatient myocardial Geng.Methods Select by examinations July,2009 to July,2011 period my section accept to cure of 84 impatient myocardial Geng dead the sufferer is random divided into intervention set and matched control,42 for each,2 sets all go a normal regulations nursing,the intervention set adopts to have the comprehensive nursing intervention to aim at sex on the foundation of normal regulations nursing and includes cognition,food,mental state and behavior intervention,to impatient myocardial Geng dead the sufferer strengthen healthy education etc.of prevent°froming the constipation.Results The intervention set constipation that interferes after comprehensive nursing has 3,constipation incidence rate is 7.1%,the heart Lyu disorders a,heart Lyu disorder incidence rate is 2.4%;But matched control constipation have 11,constipation incidence rate is 26.3%,the heart Lyu disorders 9,heart Lyu disorder incidence rate is 21.2%,the intervention set sufferer is constipated and the heart Lyu disorder circumstance and matched control comparison,all have a difference statistics to learn meaning.（P0.05）.Conclusion Kills sufferer and family members to value to have a bowel movement to the impatient myocardial Geng of preach religion,control related disease knowledge,strengthen healthy education of prevent°froming the constipation,carry on to the sufferer humanized comprehensive nursing intervention measure,having can lower a constipation rate,exaltation cure rate,reduce the occurrence of complications and promote to recover from illness etc.great significance.
