摘要
本文介绍了利用冰冻蚀刻法制备高尔基复合体的电镜观察标本,并特别对如何提高该项技术的成功率阐述了我们的做尖和体会,清晰地显示山高尔基复合体的超微结构。
This paper introduces a technique which to make electron microscope specimen of Golgi complex by freeze-etching, and especially expound our practice and experience for how to raise the rate of success. The ultrastructure of Golgicomplex is clearly discernible.
