摘要 阐述冶炼铜渣选铜尾矿综合回收铁的工艺研究,确定采用原矿先浮铜,尾矿经磁选得到铁粗精矿,粗精矿加入分散剂再磨再磁选铁的流程,通过分散剂种类对比实验得出NSF分散剂效果最好,3次磁选得到铁的品位52.21%,铁精矿回收率为38.09%,SiO2的品位为13.2%的试验指标,实现了炉渣中铁的综合利用. This paper elaborates on the comprehensive iron recovery technical study of smelting selecting copper tailings and recovering iron. After the flotation of raw ore and magnetic separation of copper slag, tailings, the iron rough concentrates are obtained. Then dispersant agent is added in, and again grinded and magnetic separated. After the comparison experiments about different types of dispersant agents, the NFS is the best. After three times of magnetic separation, it is discovered that iron concentrate grade was 52.21%, the iron recovery rate is 38.09%, and the SiO2 grade is 13.2%, thus the comprehensive utilization is realized.
