摘要
为了加强处理系统的效果及稳定性,试验通过加大第1和第4隔室长度的方式,对传统ABR反应器做出了改进.在常温(18~32℃)下采用HRT逐步减小而有机负荷逐步提高的方式启动ABR系统,结果表明,启动第一阶段有机负荷保持在0.5~0.55 kg/(m3.d),第二、三阶段负荷逐步增加,系统COD去除率高,当容积负荷为1.8 kg/(m3.d)时,COD去除率高达85.2%以上,改进后的反应器表现出了良好的抗冲击能力,说明常温下采用低负荷方式启动ABR是可行的.
To improve the disposal effect and stability of traditional anaerobic baffled reactor, the first and fourth compartments were increased.Started ABR by decreasing HRT and increasing organic load at normal temperature (18-32℃),it turned out that load was maintained at 0.5-0.55 kg/(m^3·d) in the first stage of start-up period,then it was increased gradually in the second and third stages,when it reached 1.8 kg/(m^3·d),the removal rate of COD was above 85.2 % .Advanced reactor showed a good surge withstand capability,this meant that starting ABR with loworganic loading at normal temperature is feasible.
