摘要
民间传统工艺技术多为手工时代的产物,因其承载民族、地域文化与精神,浓缩百姓勤劳、智慧与追求,而富含极高的实用、历史文化与艺术审美价值。但由于民间工艺本身革新局限以及时代变迁等诸多因素的影响导致其技术传承逐步衰落。民间传统工艺技术得以传承与发展以及自身价值得以彰显,需整合政策、法律、教育、市场等多重要素。
Folk technology, mostly hand-preduct of the times, carries national, regional culture and spirit, concentrates the folks＇ hard working and the pursuit of wisdom,therefore,it is rich in highly practical,historical and aesthetic value. However,due to folk arts＇ self limitations in innovation,the changing times,and many other factors,its technical heritage gradual declined. To inherit and develop traditional folk tradition and technology, and to demonstrate their value, many factors need to be integrated, such as policies,laws,education, and market.
