摘要
教师教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控的重要环节。目前高校教师教学质量评价过程中存在对评价目的认识不足、评价过程不够规范、评价体系缺乏合理性等问题,依据客观性与指导性、多元性与发展性、整体性与独立性、科学性与可操作性并重的原则,提出了以"双师型"为人才培养目标的高校教师教学质量评价指标体系与评价方法。
The evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is an indispensible link in the supervision of teaching qualities. At present, there exist" some problems in the process of teaching quality evaluation, such as deficient recognition of the evaluation goals,irregular evaluation process and lack of rationality in evaluation system. According to the princi- ples of putting same emphasis on subjectivity and guidance,pelyphyly and development, globality and independence, the index system and evaluation methods of college teachers' teaching quality is put forward, which takes cultivating "double-qualified-teacher" typed talents as the goal.
