摘要
结合和榆高速公路机电工程建设管理工作的特点,针对本项目容易出现质量、进度问题的几个关键管理环节,进行总结和论述,提出几点对策和办法。
Combined with the characteristics of electromechanical engineering construction administration of He -Yu Expressway, some key steps in administration on quality, progress problems that easily appeared are summarized and discussed. Then some countermeasures and methods are provided in the paper.
