摘要
建立了120 阀和试验台计算机模拟模型,预测了120 阀在试验台上的试验过程,证明该模型能很好地模拟120阀在试验台上的试验过程。参数变化预测表明:试验台的副风缸(制动缸)容积相同、数目不同时,试验指标变化小于5.8% ,列车管风缸串并联对试验指标影响小于6.8% 。该模型为试验台设计提供了理论依据,为分配阀及试验台设计提供了有力的分析工具。
A computer simulation model of Chinese 120 vehicle distributing valve and its test rig has been established, with this model almost all test processes of 120 distributing valve on the test rig have been predicted, and the results show a good coherence with experiment data. Parameter effects have been discussed, simulations of test rig with one brake cylinder (or auxiliary reservoir) and muti brake cylinder (or auxiliary reservoir) with same volume show that the difference is less than 5.8%. And also there is a little difference between the pipe cylinder series connection in the rig and parallel connection in the rig, the difference is less than 6.8%. This model put forward a well available tool for design vehicle distributing valves and test rigs.
