摘要
基于儿童食品以及儿童食品包装的安全性和重要性,分析了现行有关食品包装评价存在的主要问题,建立了一套儿童食品包装安全性综合评价指标体系,并应用层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评判法相结合的方法,从理论角度构建了一个安全评价方法。通过应用实例,证明该评价方法可靠、合理、简便、实用。
Based on children′s food and its security and importance of packaging,this paper makes an analysis of the existing information on food packaging evaluation of the main problems,and establishes a comprehensive children′s food packaging safety evaluation system.Then it,by using the combined methods of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,builds a secure evaluation method,from a theoretical point of view.Through the application examples,it proves that the assessment method is reliable and reasonable,simple and practical.
