摘要
人们对课外体育活动价值的认识、对俱乐部涵义的理解和网球运动的高技术要求与练习的艰苦性制约着高校课外网球俱乐部的发展。提出转变固有观念;增加学生自主活动次数,把发展重心放在学生骨干培养上;集中资源,有针对性地进行练习;多方筹措俱乐部运行经费,丰富活动内容是高校课外网球俱乐部的发展思路。
People＇s idea on the value of extra-curricular sports activities, awareness and understanding of the meaning of club tennis in high-tech requirements and hard practice restrain the development of university extra-curricular Tennis Club. This essay proposed to change people＇s idea, to increase the number of activities, focus on training the backbone, do more targeted practice; raise funds to run the club, and enrich extra-curricular activities for colleze tennis club.
