"编辑学者化"是由学术期刊编辑的学术职能决定的,学术期刊编辑要有良好的鉴赏能力,实现编辑、作者的双向交流,"杂"为基础,"专"为特长。只有这样,才能真正提高学术期刊的办刊质量。"编辑学者化"的实现,既是编辑学术修养养成的过程,也是学术期刊质量提升的过程。
Scholarization of editors is the respond to the academic features of their job. As editors of academic journals, they tend to enjoy fine sense of appreciation to create two - way communication between editors and authors. Their basic quality is to be knowledgeable extensively and specialized in some field, which is the fundamental guarantee for quality journals. By this, the quality can be improved as well as academic quality of editors themselves.
