摘要
影响吉林省"三化"统筹的因素众多,主要包括:对工业和农业的财政扶持及金融扶持力度,教育制度、社会保障制度和就业制度,文化体育事业因素、投资所有制结构因素,也包括农业的行业特性及农村的区域属性等因素。回归检验表明,投资中的城乡比例和银行贷款中的工农比例对"三化"统筹发展有显著的负影响,提出加大对农村金融的扶持力度,引导更多信贷资金投向"三农",注重加大对农村的教育资源投入。
There are many influencing factors of orchestrating industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, namely, the investment of financial support and financial support to the industry and agriculture, system of education, social security system, employment system, culture and sports, investment ownership structure, characteristics of agriculture industry, area properties of rural. Regression test in this paper indicated that the proportion of the investment in urban and rural areas and bank loans for industry and agriculture both did the negative influence on orchestrating industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jilin Province. Finally, this paper put forward recommendations including increasing financial investment to rural areas, guiding more credit funds to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and increasing investment in education in rural areas.
