溶剂法制备碳纳米管结合胶及其微观结构的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用溶剂法制备碳纳米管结合胶,确定了制备高质量碳纳米管结合胶的实验参数:橡胶/甲苯溶液的质量浓度为0.020g/mL,橡胶与碳纳米管的质量比为4∶1,反应时间为7h。用扫描探针显微镜对天然橡胶、碳纳米管及其结合胶的微观形貌进行研究,得到了碳纳米管结合胶的清晰结构。碳纳米管结合胶的结构为天然橡胶分子在定向紧密排列的碳纳米管的两侧沿着纳米管的表面与碳纳米管结合形成环状的闭合结构,随着纳米管管径的增大,结合胶的结构趋向于炭黑结合胶的结构。 In the paper, NR/MWCNTs bound rubber was prepared by solvent method,and the experiment parameters which were about producing high quality of NR/MWCNTs bound rubber were determined as follows: the solution concentration of NR/tuluene was 0. 020 g/mL, the ratio of NR to MWCNTs was 4 : 1 ,reaction time is 7 h. The microstrueture of NR,MWCNTs,NR/MWCNTs bound rubber were studied by Scan Probe Microscope(SPM),and the clearly image of NR/MWCNTs bound rubber was obtained. The structure of NR/MWCNTs bound rubber was that the molecule of NR was absorbed on two sides of MWCNTs which were directional arranged very closely, and NR along the surface of MWCNTs formed close structure like circular. Along with the increase of nanotubes diameter, the structure of NR/MWCNTs bound rubber tended to the same as the structure of NR/CB bound rubber.
