摘要
抗球虫药是一类重要的兽药,本文研究并建立了能一次性同时检测鸡肉与鸡蛋中临床上常用抗球虫药的液相色谱串联质谱法。样品用乙腈沉淀蛋白,再用固相萃取柱净化后进样测定。流动相采用从极性到非极性渐变的梯度洗脱方法,质谱采用ESI正离子和负离子2种模式,每样品分别进样进行2次测定,MRM扫描检测,从而实现了样品中各种药物残留较好的分离与定量。测定方法的重复性良好,回收率基本在80%~120%之间。检出限和定量限均远低于各种药物的残留限量。能同时进行19种抗球虫药残留的测定。
Anticoccidial drug is one sort of the most important animal drug.We studied and set up one method to simultaneously determine the common anticoccidial drug residues in chicken or eggs by liquid chromatography combined with tandem-mass spectrometry.The protein in sample was deposited by acetonitrile.Then it was purified by solid-phase extraction columns.Gradient elution was used for mobile phase from polar to non-polar.ESI positive and negative models were both used for the two scans of each sample.MRM was used for quantitative detection.Different drugs were successfully separated in samples.The recovery was 80%~120%.LOD and LOQ were all lower than the residue limit for the drugs.This method could perform simultaneously determination of nineteen anticoccidial drug residues.
