摘要
近年来随着爆炸焊接复合板在石化装备等行业中的大量运用,其复合技术及其后续制造工艺的进步愈显重要。根据爆炸焊接复合板在石化装备等工程领域中的应用状况,结合爆炸焊接复合板的可焊性窗口及特点,阐述了不同材质的爆炸焊接金属复合板在生产制造中的热处理参数及使用中焊接、无损检测等关键技术。
In recent years, with the extensive application of explosive welding clad plate in the petrochemical equipment and other industries, the improvement of clad technology and its follow-up manufacturing process technology become more and more important. According to the status of the application of explosive welding clad plate in petrochemical equipment and other industries and combined with the weldability window and the characteristics of explosive welding clad plate, some key technologies were described such as heat treatment parameters for different material explosive welding metal clad plate during its manufacture, welding technology and non-destructive test during its application.
