摘要
从政府角度出发,探讨了目前国内中小企业融资状况及出现的一些问题,接着以美国和日本为例介绍了国外中小企业融资过程中政府的一些做法,并对其中一些行为进行分析,总结可供借鉴的经验,在此基础上进一步提出符合我国国情的缓解中小企业融资难问题的对策和建议。
Based on government′s standpoint,the paper first discussed the current situation and some questions about SME financing in China.By analysing the cases of the United States and Japan,the overseas doings in the process of SME financing were then introduced,from which China′s SME can learn.Countermeasures and suggestions conforming to China′s situation were further proposed to alleviate SME financing difficulties.
