摘要
目的 探讨食管癌患者围手术期的观察和护理.方法 对39例食管癌患者的临床资料进行回归性分析.结果 39例食管癌术后患者,平均住院时间12.7天,喉返神经损伤1例,无吻合口瘘、乳糜胸、切口感染等手术并发症的发生.结论 食管癌患者术后大多病情不平稳,并发症的发生率较高,因此,加强围手术期的护理至关重要.
Objective To investigate Patients with esophageal cancer perioperative observation and nursing care. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out for a total of 39 cases with clinical datas. Results 39 patients with esophageal cancer patients after an average hospital stay was 12.7 days,recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in 1 case, no anastomotic fistula,chylothorax,wound infection and other surgical complications. Conclusion Most patients with esophageal cancer after the disease is not stable, a higher incidence of complications. Therefore, perioperative care is essential for esophageal cancer patients.
