摘要
随着机动车保有量的快速增长,污染物排放也在不断增加,成为影响空气质量的重要因素。到2008年底,上海全市机动车保有量为243.5万辆,给大气环境带来压力,大量机动车污染物集中在城市道路排放,使部分城区的空气质量恶化。机动车尾气污染是机动车污染物总量的主要贡献者,其排放的CO和HC超过70%,对此,除了使用国家标准中规定的双怠速法对机动车尾气进行检测外,机动车尾气污染遥感监测提高了机动车尾气污染监测的效率,对机动车污染进行有效控制和管理发挥了较大的作用。
Vehicle was main contributor to the CO and HC pollution from vehicles.In order to monitoring the vehicle pollution,the remote sensing device of automobile emission was used to increase the monitoring efficiency,for verify the test accuracy.The remote sensing device of automobile emissions would play a important roll in controlling the vehicle emission.CO standard gases were used for evaluating the accuracy of the remote sensing device on-road testing mode.
