摘要
针对某风化残积型铝土矿矿山工程的特点,结合各个阶段工艺的要求,以生产最终合格产品为目的,从节约土地与水资源、恢复自然生态、保护环境为出发点,认真研究该矿区地形与矿山工艺特点,因地制宜的选择了经济合理,适应性强的开采、运输、洗矿、碎矿、磨矿、环保等工艺,使项目工艺优化,投资合理,运行成本低。
In connection with features of certain weathering residual bauxite mine and process requirements of every stage, aiming at producing final accepted products, with land and water resources conservation, natural ecology restoration, and environment protection as the starting point, the paper has studied upon terrain of the mine area and process features of the mine and selected economically rational and adaptable processes of mining, transportation, ore washing, crushing, grinding, environment protection, etc. according to local conditions to realize optimal process, rational investmen4 and low operating cost for the project.
