摘要
从权力的组织视角考察信访制度与司法制度的差别,会发现信访司法化和司法信访化的观点难以成立,较可行的思路就是对二者分而治之,实现二者和谐共存。
Through investigating the differences between the Letters and Visits system and the justice system in a perspective of power organization, it is found that neither justice-based Letters- and- Visits system not Letters-and-Visits-based justice system is probable. A probable way is to keep the two apart and harmoniously co-existing.
