摘要
中央苏区时期,中国共产党采取了一系列政策和措施,以解决人民群众的民生问题。这些政策和措施取得了显著的成效,中国共产党也因此积累了丰富而宝贵的历史经验,主要有:以改善民生作为党在中央苏区执政的基本理念;以维护人民群众的生存和发展作为解决民生问题的第一要务;以发展经济作为解决民生问题的根本途径;等等。这些历史经验对当前党和政府解决民生问题仍然具有重要的借鉴意义。
Throughout its history in the Central Soviet Area, the Communist Party of China adopted a set of policies and measures for solving local people＇s livelihood problems. Those remarkably effective policies and measures provided the Party with rich historical experiences, which include： livelihood improvements being the basic concept of administration; promoting people＇s life and development being the priority of livelihood problems; and economic development being the essential approach to solving livelihood problems. Those historical experiences remain significant references for the Party and the Administration in addressing people＇s livelihood issues today.
