桐柏电厂背靠背启动过程中异常现象的分析 被引量:2

摘要 背靠背拖动是抽水蓄能电站特有的一种启动方式,它需要两台机组配合,利用本电站另一台容量足够的水轮发电机作为电源,一台机组作为同步发电机由水轮机驱动零起升速,另一台则作为同步电动机被发电机驱动零起升速,直到达到同步转速后并网.通常作为变频起动装置起动的后备手段,具有启动速度快,可靠性高的优点.文章通过分析桐柏电站机组控制系统图纸,详细解释了背靠背启动抽水调相过程中一台机组状态丢失对另外一台机组的影响,并分析产生原因以及相应的解决方法. Back-to-back synchronous starting is a particular start mode with 2 units coordinate,which takes another unit with sufficient volume as power.One acts as synchronous generator to drive to step up from zero and the other is taken as synchronous motor to drive to step up from zero,until sync-speed to merge into grid,which is usually used as the back-up means of frequency conversion set with the advantages of fast-startup and high-reliability.The article detailed explains the affection to the other unit when the state-failure of one unit occurs in the process of the pump-phase modulation based on the analysis on the control system drawing papers of Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Station,at the same time,to analyze the reasons and the solutions.
