摘要
目的探讨电刀引发着火与皮肤消毒液的关系,为安全使用电刀提供依据。方法将30只大耳白兔随机分为乙醇组、碘酊组、碘伏组3组,每组10只,分别接受75%乙醇、2%碘酊、0.45%～0.55%碘伏消毒,观察消毒后不同时间使用不同输出功率电刀的着火次数。结果碘伏消毒在所有时点和各个电刀功率下着火次数均为0;乙醇组相同功率各时点着火次数相差不大;50 W、60W、70W、80W功率着火次数相对高于20W、30W、40W;碘酊组0～20s着火次数相对高于其他时点。乙醇组着火次数相对高于碘酊组。结论碘伏消毒后使用电刀不着火;乙醇着火概率较碘酊高,且高功率(>50W)较低功率(<40W)更易着火。
Objective To explore the relationship between fire caused by using electrosurgical knife and the skin disinfectant used,and to provide evidence for using electrosurgical knife safely.Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 and received 75% ethanol,2% iodine tincture,and 0.45%-0.55% iodine for disinfection respectively.The frequencies of fire were observed by using different output power of electrosurgical knife at different time points.Results No fire took place in the iodine group at different time points with different output power of electrosurgical knife;no significant difference was found in frequencies of fire in the ethanol group at different time points under the same output power of electrosurgical knife.The frequencies of fire under the power of 50 W,60 W,70 W,80 W were higher than those under the power of 20 W,30 W,40 W.In the iodine tincture group,the frequency of fire（during the interval of 0-20 s was higher than the other time points.The frequency of fire in the ethanol group was higher than the iodine tincture group.Conclusion The fire would not be initiated by electrosurgical knife when using iodine for disinfection.The frequency of fire when using ethanol is higher than using iodine tincture;fires are more easier to take place by using higher power（〉50 W） than lower power（〈40 W）.
