升温烧结过程中氟闪石晶体的长大

Growth of Fluoramphibole Crystals during Nonisothermal Sintering Process

摘要 用X射线衍射分析和扫描电镜测定了氟云母和钠钙玻璃粉末混合样品在850~1100℃升温烧结过程中氟闪石晶体的析晶量、平均直径、直径分布和数量,对晶体长大规律进行了研究.结果表明:在升温烧结过程中,氟云母和玻璃间发生交互作用,反应析出氟闪石晶体,氟闪石晶体长大分两个阶段进行.第一阶段,氟闪石晶体析出和长大同时进行;第二阶段,氟闪石晶体以小晶粒溶解再在大晶粒上重新析出的形式长大. During nonisothermal sintering from 850 to 1 100 ℃, the growing mechanism of fluoramphibole crystals was investigated through the measurement of crystallinity, mean diameter, diameter distribution and number of fluoramphibole crystals using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that an interaction between fluormica and glass occurs during the nonisothermal sintering process, and the fluoramphibole crystals are precipitated by an interaction between the fluormica crystals and glass powders. The growth of the fluoramphibole crystal is divided into two stages. In the first stage, precipitation and growth of the fluoramphibole crystals carry out simultaneously. In the second stage, the fluoramphioble crystals grow up through dissolution of the smaller grains and reprecipitation on the bigger grains.
