摘要
某工程车辆使用的小齿轮在热处理后发现渗碳层有剥落、开裂现象,经理化检测分析,该零件是由于淬火不当产生的剥离型淬火裂纹。本文对此进行了系统分析并提出了防止措施。
the phenomenon of spalling of carburized layer in pinion, using in one kind of engineering vehicle, was observed after heat treatment. It was ascribed to the dissection type quenching crack during the quenching process after physical testing and chemical analysis. This paper analyzed this kind of spalling of carburized layer and gives the corresponding precautions
