摘要
通过观察精子的快速运动时间和寿命,研究了不同浓度梯度的葡萄糖、半乳糖、果糖溶液对大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)精子活力的影响。结果表明,在葡萄糖、半乳糖、果糖溶液中,大鳞副泥鳅精子快速运动时间和寿命的变化规律基本一致,即低浓度时精子活力较强,超过一定浓度精子的运动开始被抑制。大鳞副泥鳅精子分别在0.8%葡萄糖溶液、0.5%半乳糖溶液、0.3%果糖溶液中的活力最强,寿命最长。其中,在半乳糖溶液浓度为0.5%时,大鳞副泥鳅精子具最佳活力,其快速运动时间和寿命时间的最大值分别达70s和102s。因此建议在生产实践中采用0.5%的半乳糖作为大鳞副泥鳅的精子激活剂。
The fast movement time and life time of Paramisgurnus dabryanus sperms in solutions of glucose,galactose and fructose at different concentrations were studied.The results showed that the duration in which the sperm kept fast motility and the sperm life span was basically similar in glucose,galactose and fructose solutions.The sperm was strongly active when the concentration was low,while the movement of sperm was restrained when the concentration was beyond a certain value.The optimal concentrations for different solutions were 0.8% for glucose solution,0.5% for galactose solution and 0.3% for fructose solution.The sperm mobility of Paramisgurnus dabryanus was the best in 0.5% galactose solution,with its fast movement time and life time amounting to 70s and 102s separately.Therefore 0.5% galactose solution was suggested in the production practice to be the big scale activating agent of Paramisgurnus dabryanus.
