摘要
采用单因素试验设计,探讨了4 种微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn 和Zn 的4 个水平组合以及制粒、添加抗氧化剂对配合饲料脂质酸败的影响。试验结果表明:(1) 高Cu (279 mg/kg) 加低Zn (115 mg/kg) 极显著地促进脂质氧化(P<0 .01);高Cu(359 mg/kg) 加超高Zn(3 367 mg/kg)极显著抑制脂质氧化( P<0 .01) 。微量元素对水解酸败无显著影响( P>0.05) 。(2)制粒极显著地减慢脂质氧化和水解酸败( P< 0.01) 。(3) 添加抗氧化剂极显著地减慢脂质氧化酸败( P<0.01) ,对水解酸败无影响( P>0.05) 。
The effects of four trace element treatments(Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn), Pelleting process and antioxidants on the lipid rancidity in formula feeds were discussed using trial design of single factor. The results showed that the lipid oxidative rate ( P <0.01) was improved by high Cu(279 mg/kg) plus low Zn(115 mg/kg), but the rate( P <0.01) was depressed by high Cu(358.99 mg/kg) plus excess Zn(3 367 mg/kg). So the trace elements had no obvious effects on the lipid hydrolytic rancidity rate( P >0.05). The lipid oxidative rate and hydrolytic rancidity rate were slowed obviously by pelleting process( P <0.01). And the lipid oxidatine rate( P <0.01) was slowed by adding the antioxidants, therefore there were no effects of antioxidants on the hydrolytic rancidity rate( P >0.05).
