摘要
采用水平光梯度法,以白光为光源,尼罗罗非鱼为研究对象,研究了5组不同生长阶段尼罗罗非鱼:组Ⅰ:30.0~45.2mm;组Ⅱ:51.0~63.3mm;组Ⅲ:70.0~83.0mm;组Ⅳ:88.0~102.0mm;组Ⅴ:108.0~120.0mm,在光梯度分别为250lx、500lx、1000lx、2000lx、4000lx、8000lx下的趋光行为。结果表明:在光强范围250~1000lx条件下,5组尼罗罗非鱼的趋光指数均随着光强的增强而增大,并在光照强度为1000lx时达到最大;在250lx和500lx2个梯度之间趋光指数差异性不显著(P>0.05),但250lx与1000lx2个梯度之间趋光指数差异性极显著(P<0.01);当光强大于1000lx时,尼罗罗非鱼的趋光指数随着光强的增强而减小,在2000lx和4000lx2个梯度之间,趋光指数无明显差异(P>0.05),而2000lx与8000lx2个梯度之间趋光指数存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。Ⅰ组尼罗罗非鱼趋光反应最明显,随着尼罗罗非鱼的生长发育,趋光性逐渐下降,趋光指数Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅳ>Ⅴ。在水温23~25℃时,适宜照度区为1000~2000lx,实际生产中可以利用其将尼罗罗非鱼引诱到集中区域进食,对于提高罗非鱼的摄食率以及光诱捕效率具有积极意义。
The photogradient method was used to study the phototactic behaviors of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) during five different growth stages:Ⅰ 30.0-45.2 mm;Ⅱ 51.0-63.3 mm;Ⅲ 70.0-83.0 mm;Ⅳ 88.0-102.0 mm;Ⅴ 108.0-120.0 mm,which was exposed to the white light at six different lights luminance 250 lx,500 lx,1000 lx,2000 lx,4000 lx,8000 lx.The results showed that the phototactic index(Ip) of five different group Nile tilapia increased with the boosted light intensity which the range was 250-1000 lx,and the I p reached the maximum when the light intensity was 1000 lx.There was no significant difference in I p between 250 lx and 500 lx (P0.05),but the I p showed significant difference between 250 lx and 1000 lx (P0.01).When the intensity was above 1000 lx,the I p decreased with the increase of light intensity.No significant difference in I p between 2000 lx and 4000 lx (P0.05),however,there was significant difference in I p between 2000 lx and 8000 lx (P0.01).In the experimental conditions (water temperature was 23-25℃),Ⅰgroup of Nile tilapia showed the most obviously phototactic response.The I p decreased with the growth of Nile tilapia,and the I p were Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ Ⅳ Ⅴ.The most preferred light intensity region of tilapia was 1000-2000 lx,and it could be used to lure Nile tilapia to the concentration of regional food,for improving the feeding rate of Nile tilapiaand playing an active role in light-purse fishing.
