摘要
在以知识经济为主导的信息社会,个人知识管理能力是个人在社会中生存与发展的基本技能之一。大学生个人知识管理能力既关乎其对知识利用和创新的效率,也体现其个人信息素养和竞争力层次。该研究通过对个案大学的若干样本采用问卷等形式的调查分析,统计呈现大学生个人知识管理能力的现状及差异性,辨识这一群体在知识管理过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出提升大学生个人知识管理能力的若干建议。
In the information society that＇s dominant with intellectual economy, personal knowledge management ability has become one of the essential survival skills. Undergraduates＇ personal knowledge management can not only increase the utilization and innovation rate of knowledge, but also enhance their information literacy and core competition. This article firstly investigates a number of samples from the researched university by questionnaire and other forms, and then analyzes the status and diversity of undergraduates＇ personal knowledge management abilities. At last, it identifies the problems that exist in their process of knowledge management, and proposes some pertinence suggestions to promote their personal knowledge management ability.
