宁夏灌区支斗农渠衬砌结构优化定型研究 被引量:6

Research on Lining Structure Optimization and Finalizing Types of Branch,Lateral and Sub-Lateral Irrigation Canals of Ningxia Irrigation Area

摘要 介绍了目前宁夏灌区支斗农渠防渗衬砌的设计情况及防渗衬砌建设中存在的一些问题。在灌区支斗农渠衬砌中,U形断面渠道应用较为广泛,因此对U形断面渠道的重力、冻胀力和坡角进行了分析。提出了U形和弧形支斗农渠衬砌结构型式优化、定型设计结果:给出了比降1/300~1/5 500范围内的渠道衬砌设计断面参数和渠道最佳水力断面计算公式;确定了不同圆弧直径直立段竖直倾角,即直径为20~40、50~180、200~500 cm对应的倾角分别为15°、22°、30°;当设计水深为0.2~1.7 m时,圆弧半径与水深比值取0.5~0.7;圆弧直径为20~50、60~120 cm和≥140 cm时,渠堤顶宽分别取60、80、100 cm;根据圆弧直径还确定了衬砌板厚度和板缝宽度等。 This paper introduced the situation in the current which the lining of seepage control for irrigation ditches in Ningxia, and pointed out some problems which existed in the constructing of anti-seepage lining project. In the lining of seepage control of irrigation area, u-shaped section were much more widely used in channels, therefore, the gravity, the freezing expansion force and slope angle about the channel of U-shaped section were analyzed. It put forward the types of lining structure in U-shaped and are shape for branch, lateral and sub-lateral irrigation canals. It provid- ed the lined channel's parameter of design section and optimal waterpower section during its gradient between 1/300 and 1/5500 and made sure the vertical angle diameter of different circular arc diameter for upright part, namely diameter for 20 to 40, 50 to 180,200 to 500 cm. The corresponding angle of inclination was 15° , 22° and 30° respectively. When the design of water depth was 0.2 m and 1.7 m, arc radius and water depth ratio took 0.5 to 0.7. When the circular are diameter was 20 cm to 50 cm, 60 cm to 120 cm, no less than 140 cm , the top's widths of channel took 60 cm, 80 cm and 100 cm. According to the circular arc dianleter, it also determined the lining plate's thickness and board seam's width.
