摘要
开发了一套基于分形理论,使用柴油机声音信号进行故障诊断的虚拟仪器。介绍了其硬件平台的搭建,结合LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程阐述了软件平台的设计,该平台由声音信号采集、信号预处理、故障特征提取、故障诊断4个模块构成。在故障特征提取模块中对分形关联维数的G-P算法进行了论述。结合柴油机故障实例测试表明:柴油机声音信号关联维数随工作状况改变有明显变化,能作为故障诊断的特征量,通过该虚拟仪器能迅速有效地识别出故障。
The development of the voice signals is used to diesel engine fault diagnosis virtual instrument based on fractal theory. The build of hardware terrace and the design of software terrace based on mix-programming by LabVIEW and MATLAB were described. The software terrace composed by four modules, the collect of voice signals, the pretreatment of signals, the distill of fault character and the fault diagnosis. The G - P computational method of fractal correlation dimension was expatiated in the distill of fault character module. The tests of the diesel engine fault diagnosis show that the correlation dimension of diesel engine voice signals varies with the change of engine operating conditions, and it can be used as a characteristic parameter in fault diagnosis, so this virtual instrument can diagnose the fault rapid and effective.
