摘要
针对现有各流量计结构较复杂、低流与微流难以检测的不足,设计了一种基于差压原理的新型液体流量检测仪。主要由特制的导液管和传感器组成,传感器检测导液管入口与出口之间的压力差,并将其转换成电压量输出,经放大电路放大后送单片机处理,最后由显示单元显示出流量值。检测仪具有结构简单、灵敏度高、精确度高、量程范围宽、成本低等优点。
For the existing flow meter structure is complex, low-flow and difficuh to detect micro flow, this paper designed a novel liquid flow detector based on the principle of differential pressure. The instrument mainly consisted of special fluid conductivity tube and sensor. The sensor detected the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the tube, and converted it into voltage output, amplified by the amplifier circuit, sent to microcontroller to process. At last, the flow values were shown by the display unit. The detector has simple structure, high sensitivity, high accuracy, wide measuring range and low cost.
