摘要 设计了基于LabVIEW平台的汽车遥控钥匙自动检测系统,替代了传统的人工检测。检测系统由自动检测机构、下位机、上位机和检测仪器组成,由下位机控制机械手和气缸等实现自动取料、自动送料、自动加压和自动分拣等功能,上位机与检测仪器通过多总线方式实时采集钥匙的检测参数,采用了状态机结构,集成了实时测量、通信、质量判别、数据记录和查询等几大功能模块。检测系统具有稳定可靠、自动化程度高和测量精度高等特点,满足了遥控钥匙产品检测现代化生产的需要。 The measuring system for automobile remote key based on LabVIEW was introduced, it replaced the traditional manual measurement. The system consisted of automatic mechanisms, upper computer, lower computer and testing equipments, the mechanical hands and the cylinders controlled by the lower computer automatically implement taking, feeding, compressing and sorting of remote key', the upper computer coUected the remote key testing parameters through a multi-bus mode from testing equipments in real-time acquisition. Software system ran under state machine structure, several function modules including real-time measurement, communication, quality discrimination, data recording and query were integrated in the software package. The system has reliable, stable, high degree of automation and high accuracy, it meets the remote control key product testing needs of modern production.
