硅铁中锰、磷、铬的联合测定

摘要 采用一次称样、聚四氟乙烯烧杯溶样、水浴加热的方法制成母液后,再用分光光度法分别测定硅铁中Mn、P元素含量,用滴定法测定硅铁中Cr元素含量,以亚硝酸钠和脲素来消除Mn对Cr元素测定的干扰。按此方法对4批次硅铁样品进行了分析,其测定值与按国标测定的结果相一致,本法测定的锰、磷、铬3元素的平均相对标准偏差(n=6)依次为1.12%,0.41%和0.98%。 The sample was once weighed, dissolved in PTEF beaker and heated by water-bath to prepare the mother liquor. The content of manganese and phosphorus are determined by spectrophotometry, and that of chromium by titrimetry, the interferences of Mn were eliminated by sodium nitrite and urea. Four batches of ferrosilicon samples are analyzed by this method, which shows the consistency with the values determined by the international standard, and values of average RSD's (n=6) 1.12% for Mn,0.41% for P,0.98% for Cr. it was applicable to the daily analysis in factory laboratories.
