摘要
中等职业学校的在校生大部分是传统教育下的失败者,而中职教师绝大部分并没有接受过有针对性的有效教学培训,中职学校课堂教学的低效问题显得尤为鲜明。在这样的教育大环境下,我们需要在教学实践中提炼出经验总结,寻找理论支撑,通过课堂管理,教学设计几个方面来探寻中职课堂教学效率问题的解决途径。
The majority of the students in secondary vocational schools are the losers under the traditional edu- cation. As the majority of the teachers in secondary vocational schools have not received effective training, it is obvious that the teaching in secondary vocational schools is ineffective. In this teaching context, we need to sum up the experience of teaching and search for theoretical support, in order to seek ways of improving the efficiency of class room teaching and learning through such ways as classroom management and instructional designs.
