摘要
随着企业规模的扩大,企业集团越来越多,企业管理难度增加,财务管理的重要性日益凸显。而传统的财务管理模式已不适应企业转型的需要,创新财务管理模式,实施财务集中化已成为企业集团的必然选择。本文结合大型企业集团的特点,对企业集团实施财务集中化的优势、条件及相应措施进行阐述,以期望为大型企业集团进行财务管理转型,实施财务集中化管理提供帮助。
With the expansion of enterprise scale,increasing enterprise groups and tough management,the importance of financial management has become increasingly prominent.Nevertheless,the traditional financial management mode has not adapted to the enterprise transformation,so it is necessary to innovate the financial management model,and to implement centralized finance.In this paper,based on the characteristics of large enterprise groups,the author expounds the advantages,conditions and the measures on centralized finance in order to help large enterprise groups in the financial management transformation,implementing the centralized financial management.
