通过电化学法并结合 XRD及 SEM;研究了大于临界相对湿度条件下, CO_2浓度对 A3钢在薄层液膜下大气腐蚀的影响电化学实验结果表明,A3钢的大气腐蚀速率随CO_2浓度的上升而增加.X射线衍射分析及SEM观察表明,金属表面腐蚀产物中无碳酸盐生成;腐蚀产物在金属表面分为内、外双层结构,CO_2在A3钢表面的吸附是不均匀的.故CO_2对金属的大气腐蚀起着加速作用,腐蚀产物膜对金属的保护作用微弱,同时提出了
The effect of CO2 on the atmospheric corrosion of A3 steel under thin electrolyte film has been studied using an electrochemical technique, combined with observation of the surface by SEM and analysis of corrosion product by XRD. The results of electrochemical experiments indicate that the corrosion rate of A3 increased with increasing carbon dioxide concentration. XRD and SEM showed that there is no carbonate in corrosion product on the surface of A3 steel. Corrosion product consistes of two layers: inner layer of corrosion product and outer layer of corrosion product. From experimelltal results it is concluded that CO2 plays a role in enhancing atmospheric corrosion of A3 steel. In addition, the film of corrosion product only has a weak protective effect on atmospheric corrosion.
