摘要
将晶界萃取碳复型技术同其它实验技术相配合 ,研究了Ni-Cr-Fe-Mo-Co -W合金宏观“黑斑”缺陷特征的形成原因 ,认为“黑斑”缺陷主要是由晶界易腐蚀引起的。在“黑斑”区不均匀富集的钨、钼元素主要以数量较多、尺寸较大的富含钼、钨的M6C形式存在于晶界上 ,使“黑斑”区的晶界易受腐蚀。该合金中的“黑斑”缺陷具有元素的宏观偏聚和微观偏聚相结合的特点。
The cause of formed macroscopic “freckle”defects in a Ni Cr Fe Mo Co W alloy was studied by means of extraction carbon replica technology on grain surfaces cooperated with other tests.It was considered that the formed defects was caused mainly by active corrosion at grain boundary.Inhomogeneous enrichment of elements such as tungsten and molybdenum at grain boundaries in “freckle”areas resulted in the existence of a great number of M 6C with large size and the active corrosion at grain boundaries in the areas.The “freckle” defects in the alloy made a feature of macro segregated elements combined with micro segregation.
