摘要
从振痕、钢中合金元素、二次冷却、结晶器液面波动、保护渣性能、板坯机械应力等方面 ,对浦钢连铸大板坯横裂纹成因进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策建议。
The causes of transversal crack in CC large slab in shanghai Pugang Co.were analyzed with respect to the vibration mark,alloy elements in steel,secondary cooling,liquid level fluctuation,casting powder property,slab mechanical stress and so on,some countermeasures to the problems were suggested.
