摘要
旅游集散中心作为一种新生的旅游发展模式,它通过对各旅游资源要素的整合,搭建旅游服务平台,使游客真正享受自助旅游乐趣。通过国内外相关文献的大量研读,尤其是对案例的研究,发现旅游集散中心的建设必须依托一定的条件,包括良好的区位、完善的旅游设施,以及政企的支持等,同时提出明确中心定位、完善旅游设施,以及发挥政府效用等建设措施。通过对旅游集散中心建设条件和建设措施的研究,为正在大力建设旅游集散中心的城市提供借鉴。
As a new tourism mode, the tourist center of gathering and dispensing builds the tourism service platform to make visitors truly enjoy the fun of self-help tour by means of integrating tourism resources. With the help of a large number of literatures both home and abroad, especially related case studies, the author believes that a good location, the perfect tourist facilities and the support of governments and enterprises are the condi- tions that the tourist center of gathering and dispensing should stand on. Then the author also puts forward some construction measures, including the clear functions, improvement of tourist facilities and roles of the government. This article is of some reference for the cities which are developing the tourist center.
