摘要
煤与瓦斯突出矿井多松软煤层,若存在严重的喷孔现象,则会使钻孔施工过程困难重重,制约了突出矿井的瓦斯防治力度.为解决该问题,本文从软煤钻孔护壁工艺和工况参数着手,研究出一套适合严重喷孔松软煤层的钻孔施工装备,并进行了现场试验.试验证明,该套装备能有效防止钻杆对钻孔壁扰动,配以风力排渣压注式封孔和拖动式下套技术,能有效增加松软喷孔煤层措施孔的长度.最后,通过理论和实际应用方面的总结分析可知,该套装备能普遍适应湖南煤与瓦斯突出矿井煤层钻孔施工条件、提高钻孔钻进深度,是目前一套最佳选择的装备.
Most coal and gas outburst mines have the soft coal seam. It' s difficulties to drill when there are serious orifices phenomenon, and it restricts the outburst mines of the gas and strength. To resolve this problem, this paper studied the soft coal slurry - supported process and working parameters were studied, and a suitable equipment was developed for drilling in serious orifices and soft coal seam. Field test prove that, this equipment effectively prevent the drill pipe to the wall of disturbance. It increase the length of the boring construction matching with hole sealing device by wind slag discharge process and the technology of dragging the drivepipe. And last, the equipment are analysed from theoretical and practical application. The result shows that, it generally adapt to the boring construction conditions when used at coal and gas outburst coal mine in Hunan province, and increas the drilling depth. It' s the best choose at present.
