摘要
对玻璃模具材质的化学成分进行了合理设计和优选。结果表明，显微组织、抗氧化、抗生长及热疲劳抗力等性能，均有显著的改善和提高。经工业性试验，模具的寿命成倍提高。
The paper introduced the optimization of chemical composition of rare earth microalloy. The results indicated that the microstructure, mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, growth resistance and thermal fatigue resistance were improved obviously. Through industrial test, the service life of mould can be doubled.
