摘要
随着3G技术的发展和3G手机功能的多样化,基于3G技术的移动学习越来越受到人们的重视,尤其是基于3G手机的学习和应用越来越多。开放教育成人学习的特点对基于3G手机的移动学习有较大的需求,但由于目前对它的研究和应用还处于初步阶段,其在开放教育中的应用还存在着很多问题,对这些问题进行研究和探索,将会促进3G技术在开放教育中的应用。
With the development of 3G technology and the diversify of 3G cell phones, mobile learning based on 3G technology is receiving more and more attention, especially, more and more people practice learning on 3G cell phones. Mobile learning based on 3G cell phone Can greatly meet the need of the adult learners in distance education. However, at present, the research and application are still in the initial stage and there exist many problems in its application in distance education. The research and exploration of theses problems will enhance the application of 3G technology in distance education.
