摘要
教研活动是教师职后培训的重要形式,是教师个人发展的重要途径。研训教师应该走出去,学习新理论,接收新观念,开拓新思维,以理性思考来引发行动变化。
Teaching and research activity is an important mode of teachers;on-the-job training and is an important way for teachers to develop themselves. Research and training teachers should go out and learn new theories and accept new notions and develop new ideas and cause changes by rational thinking.
