志愿服务的价值基础与理论依据探析 被引量：5

摘要 志愿服务是现代公民社会的重要制度,有着深厚的伦理基础和理论依据。过去我们更多地把志愿服务视为社会福利的一种辅助性功能,很少注意到志愿服务也是社会制度层面上对弱势群体的一种保障。志愿服务是现代社会发展的动力,有助于形成和积累社会资本。在厘清志愿服务内涵的基础上,我们从社会建设的角度,对志愿服务的价值基础、预设、理论依据进行了剖析,对我国志愿服务的理念和管理进行了思考。
