摘要
利用自行研制的双速流动试验装置,用模拟电池的方法,研究了在模拟轮南油田回注污水中,油套管用钢APIP105 沉积物下局部腐蚀行为.结果发现其腐蚀速度随阴阳极面积比Ac/ Aa 的增加先增大后减小,而后又重新增大.沉积物下腐蚀还受其他因素影响,如:流速、CO2 分压等.这些因素的影响规律与面积比Ac/Aa 有关.
By using the dynamic loop test system with dual speeds, which was designed and constructed by authors themselves , the corrosion rate beneath deposit on API\|P105 in CO 2\|containing ,simulating injection water of Lunnan Oil Field was measured with a simulating cell. The results showed that the corrosion rate increased with increasing the ratio of the surface areas of cathode to that of anode(A c/A a). But when A c/A a increased to certain value, the corrosion rate decreased first, then increased with increasing A c/A a. In this paper, the non\|monotonic relationship between the corrosion rate and the A c/A a value is discussed and clarified. The corrosion rate was also be affected by such factors as flowing rate, partial pressure of CO 2 etc. When A c/A a was small, there was little effect on it. But after A c/A a increased to certain value, the effect would be larger.
